Keep Your Summer Simple

You can map it out ahead of time with tape, or let them take control.  

Language like, "I spy a square!" brings attention to the shapes that they are creating.  Turn it into a game when they are done.  "Jump three times on the red triangle!" (see what we did there?)  It's not "learning" if it's fun and interest based, right?  

Our advice- keep it light- and follow their lead.  Chances are... they'll be intentionally creating shapes in their next design!
