Roadblocks happen, but JAM tutors are here to help!

As teachers and tutors, we assess students all the time. We teach, practice and master the skills taught. However, there will always be times where roadblocks happen. It's what we do, and how we react to this information that sets JAM tutors apart from other tutoring companies.

Did you know that in schools, it's assumed that 80% of students will understand the concepts taught within a specific curriculum? But what happens to the 20% that are struggling to meet the standards? Typically there will be a response to intervention (RTI). However, many times just the bottom 5% receive support.

JAM tutors form relationships so that every child is able to learn and make progress. We take into consideration their learning styles and create curriculum that matches their needs. Roadblocks will happen, but it's what you do about them that will make all the difference 🙂
