When I took a leap of faith and started this female-run solo entrepreneurship opportunity, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. What I did know was that I had a strong passion for education and helping children. That passion and dedication continue to be the driving force behind everything I do at JAM Teaching. Throughout the first three years, I have taken many personal and professional risks that have taught me good and bad things. I continue to build on that wealth of knowledge and persevere to bring our families the highest quality educational opportunities. Just as we teach our learners, I practice grit and resiliency when faced with new challenges that mold myself and the business. I continue to strive to bring the best educational opportunities to our tutors and families. I genuinely feel that we are shifting the educational world slowly but surely. Three big shout outs as we celebrate our 3rd year! 1- Our families continue to be a driving force for our team. Our learners and their needs guide the direction of our work and continue to fuel the passionate energy and zest for all we do. 2- Our tutors are incredible and I am so thankful for the diverse experiences and training they bring to the table. I love connecting with them about their work with our families and learners. It brings me great joy to hear about the growth of their learners and themselves. 3- Our administrative team is amazing, and I could not be more blessed to be surrounded by a group of like-minded educators, women, and friends. It makes this journey so much more fun!
