OUR TEAM
Meet our JAM Specialists
The right tutor changes everything. JAM's team includes more than 80 experienced educators, specialists, and tutors with expertise across a wide range of academic and learning needs. Every one of them was chosen for the same reasons families choose us: real teaching experience, depth in how kids learn, and the patience and warmth that make a struggling student want to keep going.

EXPERIENCED EDUCATORS. PERSONALIZED MATCHES.
We handle the matching from start to finish
Rather than asking you to sort through tutor profiles and guess who might click with your child, we do that work for you. Based on your student's needs, goals, personality, location, and schedule, we identify the tutors who are strong potential fits and present you with available options. It's one of the most important things we do, because the right fit is what makes support actually work.
no guesswork. ever.
VETTED, NOT JUST AVAILABLE

Every tutor is carefully screened before they ever work with your child
Bringing someone into your child's learning is a real act of trust, so we take who joins our team seriously. Every tutor goes through a thorough vetting process before we ever match them with a student, including interviews, background checks, and reference calls. We do that work so you don't have to. And it's about more than credentials. As educators, we know a child's learning time is precious, and the wrong fit means lost ground a struggling student can't afford. When the tutor is right, from their training to their temperament, every session counts.
