My name is Jackson, and I am a first-year graduate student at DePaul University studying Secondary Mathematics Education. I also have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. While my background is primarily in STEM, I’ve always known I wanted to return to the classroom and become a high school math teacher. After my first job out of undergrad, I quickly realized that I wanted to chase my passion and follow this dream, so I enrolled at DePaul!I have extensive teaching experience that will continue to grow as I continue my graduate studies. Outside of the classroom, I love running, working out, reading, all-you-can-eat sushi, The Office, traveling, and playing the piano!
