Hello, families and students! I am Ms. Hannah, a Special Education teacher on the west side of Chicago. I teach a K-2 Cluster Program, focusing on students with multiple disabilities. This year is my 5th year teaching. I graduated from Illinois State University knowing I had always wanted to teach. I have a great rapport with my students and families and keep connections with previous students. If I am not teaching in my classroom, you can find me volunteering on the south side of Chicago with an organization called Lead With Love. Lead with Love is a community non-profit organization working with families and youth in underserved neighborhoods. I love spending time with kids and enjoying the sunshine when it’s out! Planting and gardening are things that feed my soul. I am excited to get to know you all and work with families! Every child has the ability to learn and progress in their own individual way!
