Hi y’all! My name is Ms. Maggie and I have been working with students for over six years. I currently work at an alternative high school helping students with executive functioning skills including organization and problem-solving. I previously worked at a high school teaching AP United States history for four years. During this time, the College Board employed me to grade written responses for the AP exam. At both my current school and my former school, I have experience tutoring students for the SAT Reading and Writing sections. Prior to working with high school students, I taught middle school in Nashville while completing the Teach for America program.

I love the work that I do and feel grateful to work with such outstanding students. I believe that ALL students can be successful. I am a lifelong learner and enjoy listening to podcasts and picking up a new book. In my free time, I like to ski, cook, travel and spend time on Lake Michigan.
